At this time, international orders are accepted via credit card payment only.
Please note that if payment is not completed by credit card, the processing of your order may be delayed until payment is received and the corresponding invoice has been issued.
■Shipping Fees
International shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination, and total shipment weight. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout once your delivery information has been entered and before your order is finalized.
■Customs Duties & Taxes
Please be advised that customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges that may arise in the destination country are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Orders cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded due to customs duties, import taxes, or any related customs clearance charges.

■Important Information

Once your order has been dispatched, E-Dugme.com cannot be held responsible for delays or losses related to international shipping.
Shipping carriers will transport your parcel to the relevant transfer and customs points; however, we have no control over the final delivery time after the package leaves Turkey.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to track your parcel using the tracking number provided to you. Unless the shipment is officially declared lost or damaged according to the regulations of the destination country, we are unable to resend the order. In such cases, an insurance claim will be initiated, and replacement products will only be sent after the claim has been approved.
