This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”), Oruç Reis Mah., 17.ci Sok. No: 77A Giyimkent, Esenler, İstanbul, Turkey, with Celal Şentürk (“Individual Company”), by accepting the Terms of Use and becoming a member of the Site via the Company's website named e-dugme.com (“Site”). or between the person who purchased the product without being a member of the Site (“Consumer”), in accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188.

The Company and the Consumer will be referred to individually as the “Party” and together as the “Parties”.

By purchasing a product from the Company acting as a seller, the Consumer acknowledges that he/she has read this Agreement in its entirety, fully understood its content and approved all its provisions, and acknowledges that all information provided to the Company by him/her during the conclusion and execution of this Agreement is complete, accurate and complete. accepts, declares and undertakes that it will happen.


SUBJECT


The subject of this Agreement; It consists of determining the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, relevant regulations and other relevant legal provisions regarding the sale of products ordered by the Consumer online through the Site.

BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT, PRICE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY


Basic Information About the Product: Stated in the e-mail sent by e-dugme.com.
Total Price of the Product Including Taxes: It is stated in the e-mail sent by e-dugme.com.
Delivery: Costs related to the delivery of the product belong to the Consumer, unless it is stated on the Site that the delivery costs for a particular product belong to the Company. Delivery of the product is made to the address specified by the Consumer within the delivery time promised by the Company for the relevant product on the Site, provided that the product is available in the Seller's stocks and payment has been made by the Consumer. In any case, the company will deliver the product within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the order date.
Carrier Company to be Used in Case of Return: If the product is to be returned due to the Consumer exercising his or her right of withdrawal, the Consumer will return the product for return through the carrier company named Yurtiöi Kargo. If the Consumer wants to return the product through a company other than this, the transportation costs are covered by the Consumer.
Payment Method: Credit Card / Bank Transfer


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 days from the day the consumer or the third party he/she designates receives the product.

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF THE PARTIES

The Consumer declares that he/she has read and is informed about the basic characteristics of the product subject to the Contract, the sales price, payment method and all preliminary information regarding delivery.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

An application may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in the place where the Consumer resides or where the transaction subject to the Agreement is carried out.

DEFINITIVE EVIDENCE

The Consumer accepts that the Company's books and records will constitute conclusive evidence in any disputes that may arise from this Agreement.
