Before production, we provide electronic models for customer approval. The production and delivery time for accessories is approximately 20-30 days from the payment date.

The offered price is valid for the colors offered in the standard options. For enamel and stone decorated products, a price difference equal to the enamel and stone price is applied.
It is valid for the unit (package, gross, mt or piece) shown next to the offered product price.
Rules to Be Considered in Retail Orders:
1- If the product is sold as a single item, orders of 500 or less are sent in Out of Stock Colors..We kindly request you to order at least the quantity or more specified on the minimum product page.
2 - If the product is sold in the form of Package, Gross, orders of 1 packages, gross and below are sent in Colors Available in Stock.
In order to clarify the Color and Quantity options for both order situations, our company will try to contact you via telephone and other communication channels.
In orders of 5000 or more, the color preferred by the customer is coated and sent with a delay of 3-4 business days.
For quantity purchases (20000 or more), please ask for the price.
For colors other than standard colors, solid colors, enamel, stone and glass stone products, please see the Special Coating Colors tab or contact us.
For orders in quantity, work is carried out with your company's logo and in accordance with your own design. Please contact us.
There may be color tone differences between the visual and the real product due to light reflection in the photo shoot of the products.
Please contact us for overseas (DHL shipping fee is reflected in orders to countries where shipping is made) and shipping fee.

Payment methods:

We do both retail and wholesale. Prices are in Turkish Lira, US Dollar and EUR.
We currently accept Credit Cards as payment for ALL International transactions.
Failure to pay by credit card will delay the processing of your order and prevent us from sending your order until we see the payment in our account and create an invoice.
We apologize for this inconvenience, but this policy is strictly enforced to establish an order history and to better serve you in the future.

Shipping costs:

Shipping prices are taken from DHL's real-time shipping calculator. They are based on shipping method, location and weight, so when you put something in your shopping cart and go to the 'checkout' stage, the shipping calculator will calculate the costs after you enter your personal information. Therefore, you will know exactly what the shipping charges are before completing the order and entering the payment information.

Customs and Duties:

Please note that customs fees and charges may apply to your order. Our system does not calculate your country's customs fees.

Shipping Methods:

• MNG Cargo Turkey for shoppers away from home for our site, we offer DHL shipping service for abroad. If you want DHL Location Options and are a business, please contact Customer Service.
• DHL International Freight Forwarding Services has various box weight and size restrictions per country. Our site may not be able to determine whether your order is suitable for shipping. If you are ordering wholesale or retail items, please follow your email for updates on your order.
• Make sure you choose the correct shipping mode for your location. If you choose USA shipping or European Union shipping, if you are outside of these countries, the cost will be calculated correctly and the balance due will be shown to you in the collection
• E-Dugme.com will not be held liable for delayed arrival or loss of International orders after submitting an order.
• DHL Express will send your package to the nearest outbound customs facility very quickly, but after leaving the borders of Turkey, we have no control over how long to arrive at your doorstep.
• You can track the package delivered and this information with the Tracking Code provided by the DHL Express service of your country.
• We will not resend an order under any circumstances unless the parcel is recorded as lost or damaged according to your country's postal regulations. In this case, we will make an insurance claim on the package and the products can be re-shipped once the claim is paid.
