Custom Production Process:

  1. Initial Drawing: We require a hand-drawn sketch or project drawing from the customer.
  2. 3D Design: We provide a 3D drawing and a detailed drawing with dimensions for customer approval.
  3. Sample Production: Upon customer approval of the 3D design, we begin sample production.
  4. Full Production: After the sample is approved, we move to full production.

Important Notes:

  • A cliché fee will be requested before sample production.
  • A 40% deposit is required before starting full production.
  • The production and delivery time for accessories is approximately 20-30 days from the payment date.
